I think it fair to say that it's ture about him peddling a products. But there are few valuable points in there and worth thinking about.
Skinny people can be very unhealthy to and the young as well....
I say there should be more of push on Diet and Exercise by the Govt via the schools early in schools. Have you seen the junk food in school shops and canteens? Junk food tax? Remove taxs on fresh fruit and vegetables? ...Gyms...Bikes all could have the Vat or Gst taken of? It is the Tax payer who then picks up the hospital bill for the sick unhealthy with all the side effects...
Even hospitals have poor quality food served to patients and staff.
I'm a Vegetarian .... more on the plant based diet side... and all I can say it's made huge difference in my well-being. Healthy food and exercise is great starting point. Works for me. Lucky beer is still on my menu (1-3) Cheers..
