the BLA was submitted to provide satisfactory information regarding CMC/assays/biological activity - which was done satisfactory.
FDA just doing what the FDA does best, take the kickbacks of pharma companies at the expense of saving lives.
approvals will come eventually, it's just a waiting game with a balancing act on cash flow.
