accepting that it must have been written over a year ago.
The poster indicates a it was written in Oct 2019 and it was his/her reasoning for selling .... so approximately 4 months ago, which means many of the anomalies expressed in the document(s) [he/she posted two from the same source] were known to be incorrect at that time - just sayin’. ..... My apologies but I don’t have time this morning to list all the anomalies but some on here might ?
