I feel from the investor side they want a sure thing. The market has limited appetite for risk.
From msb side I feel they are holding out for a late stage deal. With confidence in the science a better deal will occur.
It would be improbable that limited interest exists.
The easy thing to do is to say yes to any deal. It takes confidence and balls to hold out with belief in the science.
