If your thinking is correct, in that MSB management are patiently waiting for a good deal, as opposed to just any old deal, why would they even bother expending time and effort negotiating with someone like Mallinckrodt which, self-evidently, is in no financial position to do any sort of deal that would be worthwhile for MSB?
