Additional risk to the stock is the present state of the market. All stocks are coming under pressure as re ratings loom in response to such matters as the US political scene and an overdue cyclical correction. MSB because of its place in the market always takes the hits more deeply. This leads to the fact that suitors will be less inclined to part with their capital. Don't want to be negative, but just presenting the facts as I see them.
