Well I paid $3.75 yesterday and lower a few weeks ago (quite a few) and I'll keep buying thank you very much.. so the value is the market.
Teva took over CEPH's cost base at $4.34 (Dec 2010)
Blackrock and Capital Group paid $6.30 (March 2013). It is a privilege to have these guys on your register.
So if any averaging down going on, I may as well (like some I expect) ride on there coattails (little effort from me...BIG effort from someone)
