The links to lodge complaints I will post again. Keep these posts on this thread unemotional and FAIR for abvious reasons. I am led to believe that Vic reads HC from time to time also and so he should.

This way unhappy holders have a voice or place to post on updates and questions. ASIC have statutory requirements that they have to fulfill once complaints are lodged so remember we all have a bit of fun and humour from time to time BUT THIS IS ANYTHING BUT - also MSC management has the right to refute/rebutt, disprove or contradict all allegations of impropriety or alleged fraudulent misbehaviour. It is not a one way street!

The immediate response from the company will be a very hard look at any future announcements to the asx prior to lodgement - (not that they have not done this in the past).
