    I agree with you that the average PE for the market is 16 however it is unlikely that MSC would be valued at this level initially by the market if they ever became profitable considering their poor performance in recent times. It would take MSC many years to regain the confidence of the market if they ever did turn the corner.

    What do you mean by a profit margin of 500% on kaolin products? How much profit will they make if they sell $100 of kaolin?
