Hi MrsSmith,
I too think the amount of money that Vic gets paid is absolutely disgraceful considering the poor performance of the company.
If any other normal person performed as poorly as Vic has in their job, they would have been sacked many years ago.
I have even considered contacting the Australian Shareholders Association to see if they could apply some pressure but MSC isn’t on their monitoring list.
It really is time for the management team to step aside. They should do the honourable thing and admit they have failed and let someone else have a go.

Is anyone on hotcopper planning on going to the AGM? I’m from Melbourne but I am considering making the trip and asking Vic some tough questions.
