Sure there is nothing wrong with wishful thinking, but I rather read about some facts. That’s if you have any to back up your rather bold claim, which really should come with a suggested timeframe and reasonable suggestions of why, don’t you think?
As it is without you holding any shares, I would suggest it isn’t you selling the stock down to that 0.004 level. However if 0.004 would come up again, you may need to have your finger on trigger to get any reasonable number, because you might not be the only one appreciating a bargain!
