MSG was blacklisted, but now it’s back on the menu. What changed?
The conspiracy theory types on MSG included my mother who was sure MSG gave her incurable headaches. The food with MSG she blamed was Asian type. She ate sun dried tomatoes and other delicious foods she cooked often which we all ate containing bucket loads of home made MSG
