Placements to institutions and sophisticated investors also qualify as another form of capital raising. And there may be other more obscure forms that I am not totally aware of. I guess convertible bonds or notes qualify as well.
Oh, hang on - there are also "mates rates" el cheapo placements to directors and their mates (a la AAM) almost forgot to mention that!
