re: msi-prominent hill similarity reason why easy I think we've covered that in previous posts mr x... but heres the summary...

tas initiate cap rasing now before results are "offically" known.

Being a small cap raising, its not going to be hard to fill through what I call "friends of the family" meaning those close to the directors, employees and prob the directors themselves.

Results are offically released and share price rise.

The cap raising is locked in and directors have first call who gets the cheap shares and guaranteed to make a motza.

There is no insider trading allegations because the shares will be actually purchased after the announcment - albeit at a fraction.

I know nothing about mining all this geo stuff - but from a strategical point of view - this is what any smart board of directors would do... I can't even say its greed - to me its just a brilliant play by tas if they are on to something.
