re: msi-prominent hill similarity reason why easy So as Minotour, they announced:
SPP at 10 cents on 29/10/01, record date 16/11 and close 30/11 (when the share price was 0.11);
Prominent Hill update re Olympic Dam style on 9/11/01 (the share price went from 0.12 to 0.15);
Diamond Drilling Result of Neptune DDH1 release on 14/11/01 (the share price surged from 0.258 to $1.75 on that day, then to $3 in eight days).

One might believe the Company intended to offer shares at TEN CENTS, and were happy while the share price went up to $3 during the period of application. Probably someone here can explain why?
