Think you are correct, possibly not the CEO. Based on ASX announcement I read, looks like Dion Sullivan was “Hot Shot Media General Manager & Joint Venture Marketing and IR Head”.
No mention of this on the MSMCI website in his profile though, which seems quite odd, maybe something to do with the outcome of MMZ.
Still can't see any major differences between the MSM and MMZ businesses; competition platforms with million dollar competitions based on utilization of social media. Except of course, one went into administration in February 2013 a few months prior to megastar being founded in July 2013.
