Agreed.
MSM took the proven successful model (from x-factor, idol) where 70-80% of camera time was on judges, presenters, mentoring etc and NOT contestants. When x-factor, idol "cut to" contestants performances it was only the edited abridged performance and only of watchable contestants.
What MSM built was 100% of videos on contestants with largely unwatchable "raw" talent.
MSM had a proven model and went with something of their own making. What were they thinking?
