8:45 am Mesoblast (Nasdaq) prices upsized 7.48 mln share IPO at $8.00, below the expected price of $12.10 (MESO) : The company had initially planned to offer 5,742,510 American Depositary Shares at an expected price of $12.10, based on a set exchange rate from its listing in Australia. With today's pricing, the company will generate gross proceeds of ~$59.84 mln, or roughly 14% less than expected under the original plans.
