Its not what we want or expect to hear in the quarterly we want management to tell us they have a solid commitment from a bank or investor why do they need to see the ground what Check there's no dragons living there. Surely they don't all need to go there and roll in the soil my mortgage broker doesn't go to site .
Ok they might have an investor keen to see what they are buying into but the deal should or would be basically agreed before they do a site visit. It's a deal about gold and how much it costs to dig it up,
