RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS

Mineral Securities Limited (“Minsec” or the “Company”) announces the resignation as Directors of Robert Champion de Crespigny AC, Sir Bruce MacPhail, Nigel Hamway and Stephen Phipps (together the “Retiring Directors”).

Their resignations have been tendered at the request of CopperCo Ltd the controlling shareholder of Minsec. CopperCo has advised Minsec that it does not intend to invite the Retiring Directors to join the board of CopperCo.

The Company acknowledges the valuable contribution that the Retiring Directors have made since the merger of Scarborough Minerals and Mineral Securities and subsequently through the merger process with CopperCo and sincerely thanks them for their diligent efforts on
behalf of the Company.

Hon. John Moore AO and Keith Liddell remain directors of the Company.
