    Yes thats the problem its cash tied up endlessly and then you face a very real possibility of a Capital restructure.
    The products they have are good but the problem is some company may just pick them up for zilch if this company were to disappear.Who knows but one thing i do know, the continual issuing of shares rings alarm bells for me.
    All IMO.
