    SO4 are paying for coverage.. hopefully it gets this stock the attention it deserves. Price target of $1.25 (fully diluted), but only includes 2 lakes and not the entire network. It's ready for a pop when offtakes are locked in and construction begins - MST believes both happening Q4 2019.
