Could you please ask why they don't feel the need to keep their loyal shareholders better informed. EPA approval approaching 6 months delayed. Lodged the paperwork in November 2022, what has the feedback been? The contractor stuff up, what damage was done, is it repairable? Is that what is holding up the approval? How quickly was it picked up? Who was overseeing the project? Are they still working for us?
Did this contribute to the shorters attacking the stock? How much cash do we have left? How much cash are we burning while our staff sit around twiddling their thumbs while we wait for approval? What funding arrangements do we have lined up? Will it be non dilutive?
