    considering force protection was worth 1B dollars and MST is partnered with almost half the primaries I'd say quite a bit? The value assigned to the company by the administrator is likely to be considerable. I could be wrong ... but I believe the reason this has happened is not purely the result of mismanagement, but also that some very powerful forces in the USA want to see this technology owned by the USA.
