I was definitely one that cried foul after the $1.30 cap raise but have grown to appreciate the board's wisdom in their approach in the years since. Many of the holders that subscribed at the Cap Raise e.g. Tattarang and Collins Street Value Fund have continued to hold, whereas the retailers would have definitely bailed during these turbulent market conditions.
