I'm new to trading and I see that MST stocks sporatically...

    I'm new to trading and I see that MST stocks sporatically increase by 100% if I buy them while they are at 0.01c ea, then sell them at 0.02c each as I assume most people do, is it a guaranteed sell at 0.02c each?
