...we could just sell the company to Colt...that way we wouldn't have to find the $30m or whatever they said they need ed over the next couple of years...that'll equate to maybe 40 billion shares on the market....so your share of the company will be 1/7th what it is now.
Moot point really - even if we wanted to propose a resolution we'd never win the vote. In fact we lost the right to influence any votes a couple of years ago.
Just a waiting game now.
