He'll release it when RAC find someone suitable for the role. Mason has spoken of his background, and he is not suitable for the role. Sorry Mason, but I think you would come to that conclusion yourself.
I'd be worried if the team found someone quickly. They are focused on hiring the best, and the best doesn't just come knocking, you have to go looking yourself.
The team have a massive network, so them taking their time means they're really digging into the capabilities of all individuals. I'd rather RAC take longer than 3 months to hire someone if they're going to find the right person. Borje is still sticking around in an advisory position, so imagine he'll be there to mentor the incoming CMO also.
