I don’t know as I wasn’t running the trial. We are certainly not intending on repeating this mistakes of Lederle.
As for how common mistakes in Phase III clinical trial are I would recommend you check out a very popular company here on HC. This company is not hard to find and they have lots of experience with getting Phase III clinical trials wrong.
