Yes it's a sum of the parts valuation and all indications are included.
The valuation also doesn't factor in any further capital raising which I think could actually be an aggressive assumption IMO
What I can't figure out is the maths from the NPV to the rNPV in that table? It doesn't seem to work at the exchange rate ($0.78) and probabilities of success listed
