I'm not 100% sure about this but it may end up meaning less dilution than we would have seen with the previous arrangement?

If I am right it is sort of like a book build process in staged portions which are agligned with the money transfers, where they get shares at a ten pecent discount top the VWAP for the 15 day moving average prior to the money transfer, so in effect if we get good news at some point then it will mean less dilution with the next parcel of money etc, is this how others percieve this?

If this is the case then we need the SP to climb before we get any money, come on Lee we need your help now!
