    Pesa, you are correct in a sense about the IP, it will become the property of the noteholders, and they will own them, but they will not be able to have much of a say in who they could sell them to there won't be any sort of dutch auction to see who gets them, the US and Australian Governments have the rights to the IP anytime they like, the Australian Government have stated that a fair price would be paid for it if they took over the IP, but in the case of the US they can just take control of the IP and anybody who wanted payment would have to take the US Government to court to get their money, that is written in the Form 6K, so I doubt very much whether these noteholders would be that happy either?
