Hi Dreamsrfree,Like I said there are some things that I won't or can't post here without putting the cat among the pidgeons!

I have done a hell of a lot of research on this company as many would know and that includes going to as many AGM's as possible and speaking to people there who would be across far more than the average Joe, some of them have been a really great source of information, and they had no reason to lie to me in my opinion, people need to look at the whole picture to try and understand what is happening, but I don't really like what I am seeing, I sincerely hope I am wrong but I feel the final curtain is about to fall!

As to your question re who owns the IP, you need to read the SEC 6K form that metal storm send to the US, in it you will see that there is a caveat that says that the US and Australian Government have the right to seize any IP belonging to metalstorm, basically when they feel like it, so when the company goes broke which I am sure both governments may have had a hand in, then the IP gfoes to those governments, the Australian Government at least were big enough to say they would pay fair value for it, but the US is different, if Harmony want their money they will have to take the Us Government to court, you will also notice recently I posted a patent which the US Army says is theirs, it certainly looks like metalstorm tech to me!
