The only way CAD can lose these tenements is if they divest, forfeit or relinquish them. Others can place claims, but CAD has first dibs.

The company is currently planning and obtaining relevant approvals (POW/Heritage) for its Pilbara exploration program.

There is a process that needs to be followed and respected. Don't expect anything to happen over the Christmas/New Year period.

IMO these events highlight confidence in the potential this stock has moving forward. Draw your own conclusions.
