I don't disagree with you. Although my thoughts are the timing. Can a rise in share price offset serious dilution (already beyond a joke at 4 B and i lived through the last consolidation) and therefore the need to sell Nevada. I would prefer the spin off but not at the expense of further dilution at sub 3-5 c.

An aside is governments can change direction and the USA is far from locked in with Bidens plans, especially if they lose the congress in September... just something else to muddy the water. The economy in the US will be all about jobs jobs and inflation.
