Fair Value is a couple of Pappadams and some Garlic Naan bread.. you know, the same that LCY sold off 50% of its company for.
The difference being between the two sales is that LCY was trying to secure a strategic partner/investor for the future to continue to develop with.
HAW's sale is completely different, after the sale of this asset what do HAW get in the future?
Sure there is likely to be a few % free carry written into the agreement, but if LCY saboteurs think that they will get the other 40% for peanuts, they have a rude shock coming as I have said along.
I think I would be happy to vote yes on something like $20 mil plus 3 or 4% free carry. which should see the HAW share price back to 3 or more cps ...Then we can focus on the gold !
Otherwise we take our ball and you can kick the rock outside ! Your 2015 production plans potentially have a massive roadblock at the moment .... US ... if you think differently best of luck to you.
