i think we just all agree to disagree and wait and see. this is all just speculation. like i said id prefer haw to get some benefit from a dso operation which are cheap to get up and running. i think the market would be much more receptive to a cr if it was to actually get an operation started. not like raising money for drilling an unknown. raise 10 million (example sake only) that is to go towards haws 40% capital costs for dso operation and we are away. couldn't care less about dilution based on that.
