Do you actually think that your directors will even be there to go to court?

Mate you don't realise how many disgruntled HAW shareholders there are who would not support your board if push came to shove.

Don't forget that LCY is your biggest shareholder so it wouldn't take too much effort to vote your directors out of the office.

Add to that the very good possibility that our 250M shares could be coming out of the escrow in early October and your dreams of ritches could be over.

Like I said in one of my previous posts, we will know if my theory is correct if the deal with LCY is reached BEFORE October and before the Phase 3 results are out.

My prediction is that HAW holders will not see the Phase 3 results before the deal is consummated.

And just as a side note, I doubt very much that the Phase 3 results would even have any impact on the price you will get.
