Bbay I think you miss my point. Haw and mt bevan are just as attractive to an investor than lcy was except for a slightly smaller percentage of mt bevan.

Also I would think any interested party would have held off waiting for offer to became public before making their move. Why take the risk of over inflating the price early or causing haw share price to spike?

If lcy's offer is lowball then hopefully the third party exists and they get more interested. But without more details I suppose none of us really knows.
