There has been a lot of speculation over who owns/controls Mt Bevan in recent times. I think it's clear from announcements that LCY will get thier 60% share along with 50% control once the JV obligations are meet.
What bothers me is the fact that NMDC did not include it in thier valuation of LCY. This leads me to think that the JV contracts may not be as water tight as many are assuming.
Any thoughts?
