Two very compelling posts yesterday that if the TU's are anything to go by reflect the sentiment of most active readers. I just wonder whether this will translate to voting at the upcoming AGM, paticularly in respect to the remuneration report which, although non binding sends a very clear signal in relation to how shareholders feel management has performed, and is a motion that management cannot vote on.
A thumbs up to both your posts from me. I just wanted to remind you and like minded shareholders to make your voice heard when and where it counts.
I'm a big believer in reward for performance and to your point about over promise and under deliver, it seems this company also believes it is okay to over remunerate for under performing, imo....
