That comparison with Jupiter isnt realistic as it doesnt take into account their huge bank balance and several hundred millions of dollors in manganese assets.
There is no real rush to secure a 50% partner imo as the resource is only going to grow and be worth more as long as they keep drilling. Im sure there are plenty of other interested parties if NMDC dont want to play ball.
