    Yes sounds good. My take..

    1. Vendor agreed to sell..
    2. Price should be achieved
    3. Offer being made in writing within fortnight
    4. Worst case sale acceptance late January
    5. Company will get immediate cash flow!!!

    Who lets laywers take holidays.. ?! Well I suppose they don't have holidays in hell so they should take em' while they can! lol.
