Clearly with the industry interest in this first class project and per the following announcements deals have already been struck and to date the Icon directors have not disappointed but the optimum deal negotiations seems to be dragging on.

12 Feb Icon to Acquire Collingwood Plant Deal with financing deal with MetalsX. (Deadline 29 May)
% March SSP to assist the above deal.
30 March Polymetals to Develop and operate Mt Carbine Tailing Project. (Deadline 30 April).
13 May Mt Carbine progress Update
• Collingwood acquisition & plant may not be the best option.
• Still negotiating with MetalX Polymetals & “SEVERAL PARTIES”
• “Seeking to maximise the value this project to Shareholders”
• MOU extended with Polymetals till “End of July”
