My guess is, that possession is 9/10ths of the law.

It matters little, IMO, given the intentions of III RE infill.

I think RAU has the core (rightly) in their possession.
I also think RAU has been stupid, to abandon the opportunity to perhaps contribute to a future "clever" management opportunity, particularly given the potential local benefits.

To be honest, I think they (RAU) probably 'stuffed it';
III can drill their own info, via the UG decline, in the near future.

If by chance, the holes were targeted well, III can "pick-up" the info as previously described, via downhole televiewer etc.
It should be remembered the decline is optimally positioned for good infill, that is, parallel to the strike of the mineralised veins, as understood, thus far.
