We just have to look at past announcements to understand how underexplored Mt Dimer is. As some people may not be aware, the Mt Dimer project consists of the Mt Dimer Mining Lease (M 77/515) and the Mt Dimer Exploration Lease (E 77/2383). As the screenshot demonstrates below, look at the sampling undertaken in the Mt Dimer Exploration Lease (pink) in comparison to our neighbour Aurumin Limited (ASX - AUN) directly to the west and the previous ground held by Polaris Metals to the east. That angled rectangle with no data inside, directly to the east of the Mt Dimer Exploration lease is the Mt Dimer Mining lease.

If you want to know the potential of this tenure and what our exploration lease between the Mt Dimer Mining Lease and the Aurumin ground consists of, take a look at the latest gold resource news of AUN.

FYI, The Everest website states the below for the Mt Dimer Mining Lease:

"To recap, the Mt Dimer mining lease was last mined in the mid-1990’s when the gold price was circa A$500 per ounce. The open pit produced ~77,000t @ 3.44g/t Au for circa 8,500 Oz of Au, to 50m depth. No significant production or exploration work has been completed since 1996. Historical drilling from the 1990’s and four drill-holes from 2017 indicate that significant gold mineralisation exists under the open pit and along strike. A north-south long section through the Mt Dimer deposit indicates gold mineralisation plunging shallowly south below the current pit level and remaining open at depth. Current JORC Compliant Resource of 722kt @ 2.10 g/t Au for 48,500 Ounces of gold and 3.84 g/t Ag for 89,000 Ounces of silver."

The last we heard about the Mt Dimer Exploration Lease was the ASX announcement 13th May 2021 from previous management. Page 2 had the following summary with future plans that I gather never eventuated...

Also, an interesting bit of information I found was that Caruso worked on the tenure in 2008 so he must have a damn good idea about the potential here. IMO we will have a lot more news about this project soon IMO. The near record AUD gold price at the moment makes extracting gold now extremely viable and makes financial sense to start with this project since it is the most advanced. This would bankroll the other projects and avoid further dilution to us shareholders and attract new investors who want to de-risk. A JV is not out of the question either. We have plenty of peers in the region with good infrastructure and capabilities. Just 2 hours from the gold hub of Kalgoorlie, there are a lot of options management can play with as we creep into this inevitable gold boom.
