A lot of talk about Zircon and so there might, i like all would like this to go forward and a agreement on finace be concluded quickly. My thoughts are we will get a finance agreement very soon, possibly by the issue of bonds so us the shareholders dont suffer from the dilution of our shareholding, but have a debt over our heads, This to me is the way to go, we dont give the company away we have a debt, mind you we would not have a debt if the investors in the project were not confident about the outcome. So look at it, people or institutions are will ing to ante up for bonds, non convertable they like us must have some faith, this debt could be quickly run down as production begins, end result no dilution, no venture capital where they want 40% of the company to finance the proposal, no in the end line it will all belong to us the shareholders,
Me personally I still believe in Mt Gunson as so does Noranda who are starting another drilling programme. Remember Noranda had the right to pull out of the agreement after the last drilling programme and Gunson advised them they were in default of their agreement but they wanted to continue on. A deal was reached at that time between Gunson and Noranda for Noranda to continue on Gunson wanted Noranda to release all the shallow deposits that were found back to Gunson and Gunson made an announcement at that time that they were considering to start a mine for these deposits. I do not know where that programme is at this time. Noranda took a break in Drilling Mt Gunson and started drilling on an adjacent lease which where it was believed the fault line was that past into Gunsons lease. Well the drilling was completes and Noranda has now come for more drilling abour 6.5M worth on Mt Gunson. We can allsay what we like, but one thing I know Noranda would walk away if they were not confident of finding the mother load.Hang in there we are fortunate we dont have Directors that are greedy in for a short time suck of funds, dont pay themselves much but very ethical professionals
