If there is genuine interest from over seas then you would be silly not to pursue it and at the very least like you stated - spin it off or even sell.
If anything I think this shows that they could be additional positives for other metals in Mt Holland that have been discarded in the past.
The Lithium side is way to early to say if we have anything meaningful in terms of deposit size or grade . However it would seem they have quiet a bit of historical data on site to make an initial review. More so than a lot of new Lithium hopefuls who haven't even commenced exploring their tenements as yet.
Anyway having a Gold and Lithium play is probably one of the better combination in today commodity climate.
