haha its a bit easier than it looks. You can do a time comparison of images and it shows changes pretty easily, GIF below. You can see the pad appear and also a road/track to its left. I do enjoy looking at the images every few days to see what's happening on the ground.
I did mistake sun/shadow and some image processing changes for first drill pads when I posted this thread...live and learn.
