Sorry if that is way was taken nectar. Sort of half answered my own questions as I searched through the references and confident enough to have pumped quite a bit for me into IDC. The past doesn't scare me and helps explain where we are IMO.
There are probably a quite few newbies like myself, and trawling back through HC last year is daunting. Am throwing you a chance to provide a brief summary of why it will be different this time. I have my views as alluded to - Promnitz, more sensitive approach and possibly more cooperative government. But how difficult are some of the landholders these days and what else can you add to fill some gaps?
Put another way, if this project was in Australia with these grades and cost of production, the SP would be at least triple what it is now. So market still doesn't think this will fly. Why are we so sure? Lay it on us!
